How to reach us

You can reach the LMEX team by email at one address: [email protected]. It is a shared team mailbox, not a personal address. We do not currently have a phone line, live chat or social media accounts for enquiries. If you find another channel claiming to be LMEX, treat it as not ours.

We try to read every message, but we are a small team and we do not set a fixed reply time. Reports about the accuracy of a result are looked at before anything else.

Report a wrong result or wrong information

If a number on the site differs from the official announcement, please send us:

• the link to the LMEX page where you saw the problem;
• the draw date or match, and which game it is;
• the number you see on our page and the number you believe is correct;
• a link or screenshot of the official announcement, if you have one.

We will compare it with the official source. If we confirm that our page is wrong we will correct it and update the page date. If our data turns out to be right, we will reply with the reason where we can. Our checking process is described in How we verify results.

The organiser's published result is always final. If you have a problem claiming a prize, a refund, or a dispute about a ticket you bought, LMEX cannot help, because we are not the organiser and we do not sell tickets. Please contact the organiser or the relevant authority directly.

Other reasons to write

• Content that is misleading or goes against our editorial policy.
• Questions about privacy, or a request to delete an email you sent us.
• Copyright or trademark owners who think we have used their material improperly; please tell us the page and what you would like changed.
• General suggestions about the site.

What we do not take

To be transparent, we do not accept requests to publish lucky numbers or tips from outside (the football tips on the site come only from our own statistical rule), requests to run articles promoting betting sites, or requests to change editorial content in exchange for payment.

A warning

We will never ask you for a password, ID number, card details or a money transfer by email, and LMEX does not take deposits or bets. If someone uses the LMEX name to invite you to play or to ask for money, do not respond, and tell us at [email protected].
